Bundi attractions comprises of palaces, forts, temples built by the Rajput rulers. The name of this city was after a Rajput ruler Bundi Meena. This Rajasthan city is very picturesque and was once ruled by the famous Prithviraj Chauhan. The attractions in Bundi makes travelers come from far and wide to experience the grandeur in which the Rajputs lived. The earliest inhabitants of Bundi were tribes who were a strong force. The culture is very vibrant of Bundi and its colorful life lead by the inhabitants are seen especially during the festivals. Rajasthan celebrates many festivals throughout the entire year. Each tribe has their own rituals and festivities in Rajasthan. Attractions in Bundi are of historical importance.

The primary Bundi attractions is the Taragarh Fort. The Taragarh Fort was built in the 14th century and the view from it, is absolutely breathtaking. Inside the Taragarh Fort, there is a cannon in a battlement known as the Bhim Burj. There is also reservoir in a rock. The cannon is known as the Garbh Gunjam. The reservoirs inside the fort are always full of water. Just beside the fort, there is the Bundi Palace. The Bundi Palace is well known for wonderful and intricate murals. The murals in the Bundi Palace tells the tale of the lavishness in which the rulers lived in. The palace has many attractions inside it. Bundi attraction in the Bundi Palace are the stepwells commonly known as the baoris. There are many baoris or stepwells out of which only few are maintained. The Raniji ki Baori is carved with intricate designs and was built by Rani Nathavatji.
Among other Bundi attractions, there is Nawal Sagar that has been created artificially. There is a temple dedicated to God Varuna. The Sukh Mahal is a palace beside which is the Sukh Sagar. Now the palace is maintained by the government and has been turned into a guest house. There is a pavilion which has been supported by 84 pillars. The site is commonly referred as the Chaurasi Khambon ki Chhatri. It was built in 1683 by Rao Anirudh Singh and has a temple.
